While it's tempting to pack your car with personal belongings, please limit items to 100 lbs or less and store them securely below the window line. Loose items can shift during transit and are not covered by carrier insurance. Always disclose any contents in advance to avoid delays or penalties.

Someone over the age of 18 must be present at both pickup and delivery to sign inspection forms and release the vehicle. If you can’t be there, you may designate someone else—just be sure they have proper ID and understand the handoff process.

Before transport, remove all toll passes and disable alarms. Ensure your gas tank is no more than a quarter full, and give your vehicle a quick exterior cleaning so that pre-shipment inspection photos can be accurately documented. Fold in mirrors and secure any loose parts.

If your vehicle doesn’t run, let us know ahead of time. Non-operational cars require special equipment and may involve additional fees. Our team can still move your car safely, but it’s essential we plan for the right type of carrier in advance.

Whenever possible, your car will be delivered directly to your door. In rare cases where local restrictions prevent truck access (narrow streets, low power lines, etc.), the driver will coordinate a nearby safe location for handoff that’s convenient for you.
